Merchants Against Unfair Interchange Practices

We, the Merchants of the United States, will no longer tolerate unfair interchange practices.

The Credit Card Act of 2009 protects consumers, but not merchants, from unfair interchange practices of banks and processors.We have retained the Interchange Brokerage Company (IBC) to identify and eliminate these "hidden costs" and to monitor and prevent these charges from returning.We have also given IBC express authority to quantify the unfair charges specific to our accounts and to report this information for your consideration.

Please help protect merchants from unfair interchange practices.

Support S. 1212 - Credit Card Fair Fee Act of 2009, a bill to amend the antitrust laws to ensure competitive market-based fees and terms for merchants' access to electronic payment systems.
